Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Property Sales Agent to join our expanding team in Windhoek, Namibia. This role is perfect for a customer-focused professional with a proven track record in property sales, marketing, and client management. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing property transactions, and representing our company in all aspects of real estate dealings across Windhoek and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:

Property Sales and Client Engagement:
- Generate and nurture leads through networking, referrals, and targeted marketing initiatives.
- Conduct property showings, client meetings, and negotiations with potential buyers and investors.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.

Market Research and Property Listings:
- Stay informed on local market trends, property values, and regulatory changes to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date advice.
- Ensure all properties are effectively marketed with current pricing, detailed descriptions, and quality images.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote properties using both online and offline channels.

Transaction Coordination:
- Guide clients through the buying process, assisting with documentation, financial arrangements, and legal compliance.
- Coordinate with property owners, developers, and legal professionals to ensure seamless transactions.
- Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and client interactions for continuous improvement.

Reporting and Performance Management:
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as established by management.
- Provide regular updates on sales performance and market insights to the management team.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Demonstrated experience in property sales, real estate, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the Windhoek property market and Namibian property regulations.
- Ability to work independently while achieving sales targets in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Namibia.
