Trade & Business Exhibitions · Nigeria

The biggest orders still start with a handshake.

Nigerian trade is a relationship market: buyers taste, touch, haggle and then commit. Exhibitions put your product in that room — and we’re the one exhibition partner that handles the whole chain around the handshake: the stand, the stock logistics from our warehouse to the venue, salespeople who sell for a living, and delivery of the orders after the doors close.

Two ways in

Our rooms, or Nigeria's biggest ones.

Exhibit at events we run ourselves, or let us build and run your presence at the country's major trade fairs.

Path 01 · Our events

Exhibit at Wigmore trade events

Product showcases, launches and buyer days we organise ourselves — where the audience is drawn from our own network of 210,000+ registered trade customers. Smaller rooms, warmer leads.

  • Audience invited from buyers who already purchase in your category
  • Launches, tastings and demos at our store or partner venues
  • Your stand promoted through our email, WhatsApp and social channels

Path 02 · The big fairs

Represented at Nigeria's trade fairs

For the landmark fairs and sector expos where your category's buyers gather at national scale — we plan, build, stock and staff your presence end to end, whether you fly in for it or never leave your home market.

  • Event selection matched to your category and budget
  • Stand design, build and branding handled locally
  • Full representation available — our team exhibits on your behalf

What we handle

Everything between "we should exhibit" and the reorder.

Exhibiting fails on logistics far more often than on marketing. We happen to be a logistics company.

Before

Event selection & planning

Which event, which stand position, which products, what budget — decided on category knowledge, not brochure promises.

Before

Stand design & build

Designed, built and branded locally — from a tasteful table to a full custom stand, sized to your budget in writing.

Before

Stock logistics

Product stored in our warehouse, trucked to the venue on our vehicles, and returned or redistributed after — the part that ruins most exhibitors' week, done by people who move stock daily.

During

Staffing that sells

Your stand run by working salespeople briefed on your product — not brand ambassadors reading a card. They take orders, because taking orders is their job.

During

Lead capture, properly

Every conversation logged — name, business, interest, next step — into a written lead list that belongs to you, not to a fishbowl of business cards.

After

Follow-up & delivery

Orders taken at the stand delivered by our fleet; leads worked by our salesforce if you wish — because the show isn't over when the hall empties, it's over when the reorders start.

The difference

Exhibitions are a logistics problem wearing a marketing costume.

Ask anyone who's exhibited in Nigeria what went wrong and it's rarely the banner: it's the stock that cleared late, the stand build that finished at 2am, the van that never came, the leads that died in a drawer. Event agencies subcontract those problems. We own the warehouse, the vehicles and the salesforce that solve them — the same machine that serves 210,000+ trade customers all year.

And when the fair ends, you're not left holding a lead list and a dream: the buyers your stand met can be routed straight into distribution, Store & Sell or ongoing marketing — the exhibition as the front door of the machine, not a one-week fireworks display.

One exhibition, end to end
WEEK −4Event chosen, stand designed, budget fixed in writing
WEEK −1Stock arrives at our warehouse, checked and staged
DAY 0Built stand, stocked shelves, briefed salespeople — before doors open
SHOW DAYSOrders taken, every lead logged with a next step
WEEK +1Orders delivered by our fleet; written lead report in your inbox
WEEK +4Follow-up worked; the good leads become customers, not memories
Why bother, in 2026

Because Nigerian trade still runs on trust you can shake hands with.

Buyers commit in person

A wholesaler who's tasted the product, met the people and haggled the price orders with confidence no ad can build. Sampling closes what scrolling can't.

The competition is visible

One hall shows you your whole category: their pricing, their packaging, their pitch. An exhibition is market research you get paid for in orders.

Relationships compound

The distributor met at this year's fair is the key account of the next five. Digital reach resets monthly; a handshake appreciates.

Straight answers

Before you book a stand anywhere.

Do you run your own exhibitions?
Yes — trade events, product showcases and buyer days appear on our events calendar, with audiences invited from our own registered trade customers. For the national-scale fairs run by other organisers, we build and run your presence rather than the event itself — and we're straightforward about which is which.
Can you get us into the big Lagos trade fairs?
We plan and deliver your presence at Nigeria's major fairs and sector expos — stand, stock, staff, follow-up. Booking terms, eligibility and dates belong to each fair's organiser, so we'll never promise a specific slot before it's confirmed; what we promise is that once it is confirmed, everything between confirmation and reorder is handled.
What does exhibiting cost?
It ranges enormously — a table at a buyer day and a custom stand at a national fair are different worlds — so the honest answer is a written, itemised proposal: stand, space, logistics, staffing and promotion each priced separately so you can trim what you don't need. The proposal follows a free 15-minute call and costs nothing.
Can you guarantee footfall or sales?
No — organisers control who walks through the doors, and we won't promise other people's crowds. What we control, and answer for, is what your stand does with the footfall that comes: a position chosen well, product presented properly, staff who sell, and not one lead lost to a drawer. Ask any exhibitor which half of that equation actually failed them last time.
We're overseas and can't attend — can you exhibit for us?
Yes — full representation is a standing service: your product, our people, daily reports with photos, and a written summary of every conversation worth having. Several brands pair it with the distribution sample deal: the fair tests the reaction, the sample shipment tests the sales, and both together tell you whether Nigeria is your market — without a single flight.
The next hall awaits

Put your product where the handshakes happen.

Tell us your product and the event you have in mind — or let us suggest one. The first call is free, the proposal is itemised, and the stand comes with a salesforce.
