Role Overview
African Land is seeking a dynamic and client-oriented Real Estate Consultant to join its Moroccan operations in Casablanca. The successful candidate will be responsible for advising clients on property investments, managing listings, and driving sales within Morocco’s competitive residential and commercial real estate markets.
This role is ideal for a confident communicator with a passion for real estate, a strong understanding of the Moroccan property sector, and a proven record in sales or investment advisory.
Key Responsibilities

Advise clients on property sales, acquisitions, and investment opportunities across Casablanca and other Moroccan cities.

Source and manage property listings, ensuring accuracy and quality presentation.

Conduct market analyses and provide insights on pricing, demand, and returns.

Manage negotiations between buyers, sellers, and developers.

Prepare proposals, investment briefs, and contracts for clients.

Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance visibility and lead generation.
-
Maintain accurate client and transaction data using CRM software.
-
Represent African Land at property exhibitions, industry events, and investor forums.
Qualifications & Education

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Economics, or Marketing.

Professional certification or membership with relevant bodies (e.g., FIABCI, RICS) is advantageous.

Skills & Experience

3–6 years of experience in property sales, leasing, or real estate consultancy.

Sound knowledge of Morocco’s real estate laws, permitting, and documentation processes.

Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication in French and English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Familiarity with digital marketing and CRM tools.

Highly organized, with a focus on accuracy and client satisfaction.
