Job Description:
Wigmore Trading is seeking ambitious and results-driven Commission-Only Sales Associates to join our global team. This remote role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while earning life-changing commissions and the potential to establish a new Wigmore Trading office in your country. With an industry-leading commission structure, the right candidates can achieve unlimited income by building a successful client base and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Global Sales and Business Development:
    • Identify, engage, and convert potential clients across international markets.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
    • Present and promote Wigmore Trading’s products and services to meet diverse client needs.
  2. Market Expansion:
    • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in your region.
    • Develop and implement tailored strategies to penetrate new markets and achieve sales targets.
    • Work towards establishing Wigmore Trading’s presence in your country by building a network and identifying opportunities for a local office.
  3. Client Management:
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Act as a trusted advisor, offering tailored solutions to align with client goals and objectives.
  4. Collaboration and Reporting:
    • Work closely with the global sales team and management to align on objectives and share insights.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular updates on performance and market feedback.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in sales or a related field, with success in commission-based roles preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on opportunities in a competitive market.
  • Comfortable working in a remote setting, with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to establish and manage a local office in the future.
