Role Overview
Wigmore Trading is seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Commission-Only Sales Associate to represent the company in Yaoundé and surrounding regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing client relationships, and generating consistent sales growth.
This is a commission-based position ideal for a self-motivated sales professional with a passion for business development, networking, and cross-border trade.
Key Responsibilities

Identify, contact, and onboard new distributors, wholesalers, and business clients across Cameroon.

Promote Wigmore Trading’s full range of FMCG, industrial, and commodity products.

Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and delivery schedules in coordination with the head office.

Conduct market analysis to identify potential clients, competitors, and trends.

Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure efficient order processing and product delivery.

Represent Wigmore Trading at trade exhibitions, business forums, and industry events.

Provide regular performance and market feedback to management.
Qualifications & Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or International Trade preferred.

3–5 years of proven sales or business development experience.

Previous experience in FMCG, distribution, or import/export is highly advantageous.

Strong understanding of Cameroon’s commercial and logistics sectors.
Skills & Experience

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Fluency in French is essential; English proficiency is a strong advantage.

Strong organizational and client management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
