🎯 Job Summary
We are looking for experienced, data-driven, and academically grounded Farm Managers to oversee large-scale commercial farms throughout Ghana. Ideal candidates will bring strong leadership skills, up-to-date agricultural knowledge, and a commitment to transforming agriculture through sustainable and profitable practices.
📌 Key Responsibilities

Oversee full-scale farm operations, including crop, livestock, and aquaculture.

Supervise and train farm personnel to meet productivity and quality goals.

Coordinate with agronomists, veterinary experts, and suppliers for optimal results.

Implement precision agriculture tools and sustainable practices.

Manage inventory, machinery, irrigation systems, and post-harvest processes.

Analyze performance metrics, soil health, and pest control strategies.

Prepare forecasts, budgets, and compliance reports for leadership.

Liaise with local authorities, community stakeholders, and agricultural bodies.
