🎯 Job Summary

We are seeking experienced and well-educated Farm Managers to oversee our commercial farms across Kenya. The ideal candidates will bring a combination of academic excellence, hands-on experience, and a deep understanding of Kenya’s agricultural potential. You will be responsible for planning, execution, productivity, team management, and sustainability of farm operations.


📌 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise all day-to-day farm operations across assigned regions.

  • Manage crop planning, planting, irrigation, harvesting, and post-harvest activities.

  • Coordinate livestock production, breeding, and veterinary care (if applicable).

  • Train and manage farm workers; promote safe and efficient work practices.

  • Implement data-driven farm practices, soil and water conservation, and precision agriculture.

  • Maintain farm equipment, infrastructure, and facilities.

  • Prepare budgets, production forecasts, and management reports.

  • Liaise with local communities, government bodies, agronomists, and suppliers.

✅ Qualifications

  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Agriculture, Agronomy, Agribusiness, or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years’ farm management experience in a commercial setting.

  • In-depth knowledge of Kenya’s agroecological zones and production systems.

  • Strong leadership, budgeting, and team supervision skills.

  • Proficiency in agricultural software and mobile-based monitoring tools.

  • Understanding of market trends, GAP certification, and export requirements.
