π― Job Summary
We are seeking experienced and well-educated Farm Managers to oversee our commercial farms across Kenya. The ideal candidates will bring a combination of academic excellence, hands-on experience, and a deep understanding of Kenyaβs agricultural potential. You will be responsible for planning, execution, productivity, team management, and sustainability of farm operations.
π Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise all day-to-day farm operations across assigned regions.

Manage crop planning, planting, irrigation, harvesting, and post-harvest activities.

Coordinate livestock production, breeding, and veterinary care (if applicable).

Train and manage farm workers; promote safe and efficient work practices.

Implement data-driven farm practices, soil and water conservation, and precision agriculture.

Maintain farm equipment, infrastructure, and facilities.

Prepare budgets, production forecasts, and management reports.

Liaise with local communities, government bodies, agronomists, and suppliers.
