As part of our expansion into construction logistics and machine leasing, we are seeking skilled and experienced heavy-duty truck drivers to join our team in Ghana.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate HOWO 35-ton and similar heavy-duty tipper/dump trucks safely and efficiently.

• Transport construction materials, equipment, and goods to various project sites across Ghana.

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.

• Maintain accurate delivery records and ensure timely completion of trips.

• Adhere strictly to all road safety rules, traffic laws, and company policies.

• Report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs promptly.

• Maintain cleanliness of the assigned vehicle.

Requirements

• Valid Category C or higher Ghanaian Driver’s License.

• Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience driving heavy-duty trucks (30–40 tons).

• Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and routes across Ghana.

• Ability to travel long distances and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

• Good communication skills and professionalism when dealing with clients and colleagues.

• Physically fit and able to handle the demands of long-haul driving.

• Basic mechanical knowledge is an added advantage.
