Our Basic Tiling & Flooring Course equips participants with hands-on expertise in modern tiling and flooring techniques. We are seeking an experienced Trainer based in Lagos to guide and inspire trainees, ensuring they gain practical knowledge and industry-standard skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver both theoretical and practical training on tiling and flooring.

• Teach essential skills including surface preparation, tile cutting, layout, adhesive application, grouting, and finishing techniques.

• Provide live demonstrations and supervise trainees during workshops and on-site practice.

• Develop lesson plans, course materials, and practical assessment tools.

• Ensure all training is conducted in line with health, safety, and environmental standards.

• Mentor trainees, track their progress, and provide constructive feedback.

• Support continuous improvement of the course curriculum.

Requirements

• Proven experience in tiling and flooring work (minimum 3 years).

• Previous teaching, mentoring, or supervisory experience is highly desirable.

• Relevant trade certification or vocational training in tiling/flooring.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work with diverse groups of trainees and foster a positive learning environment.

• Willingness to support practical training sessions at project sites across Nigeria.
