Job Description:
Apartments.ng is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Property Sites Administrator to manage our online property listings and social media presence. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a professional demeanor. The ideal candidate will oversee property listings, handle administrative tasks, and engage with prospective clients to ensure smooth operations across our platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Property Listings Management:
- List and update properties on apartments.ng and apartments.com.gh platforms.
- Ensure all property details, descriptions, and images are accurate and up to date.
- Manage listings on African Land, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Identify and delete spam or irrelevant content to maintain platform integrity.
- Social Media Management:
- Manage and update social media accounts for Apartments.ng, ensuring engaging and professional content.
- Schedule posts, monitor performance, and interact with followers to grow the audience.
- Client Communication:
- Reply promptly to enquiries received through Botspace and refer clients to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with clients and partners.
- Marketing and Documentation:
- Prepare property brochures, marketing materials, and other documentation as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure property information is presented attractively and accurately.
- Administrative Support:
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including maintaining organized records of property listings and client interactions.
- Provide support to team members as required to facilitate efficient operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A professional and well-presented demeanor.
- Previous experience in property management, real estate, or online platform administration is a plus.
