As we expand in Equatorial Guinea, we are seeking exceptional Real Estate Agents specialising in both Lettings and Sales to join our elite team.
Role Overview
The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for originating, marketing, negotiating, and closing residential and commercial property transactions. This role requires a highly driven professional with strong market knowledge, refined negotiation skills, and the ability to work with high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and international investors.
This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for top-calibre professionals who can represent African Land at the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities

Source and secure exclusive sales and lettings listings

Manage the full property lifecycle from valuation to closing

Develop and maintain relationships with landlords, vendors, buyers, and tenants

Conduct property valuations and market analysis

Negotiate offers and tenancy agreements to achieve optimal outcomes

Advise clients on pricing strategy, investment opportunities, and market trends

Ensure full compliance with local real estate laws and company standards

Deliver exceptional client service aligned with African Land’s premium brand
Candidate Requirements
We are seeking high-achieving professionals who meet one or more of the following criteria:
Academic Excellence

Degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Estate Surveying, Business, Finance, Law, or a related field

Educated at a top-tier university in Equatorial Guinea or a recognised international equivalent institution

Professional certifications in real estate or property-related disciplines are highly desirable
OR
Extensive Real Estate Experience

Minimum of 5+ years proven experience in residential or commercial sales and lettings

Demonstrated history of closing high-value property transactions

Strong existing network within the Equatorial Guinea property market

Track record of consistently exceeding sales targets
