Role Overview
African Land is seeking an ambitious and results-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join its Giza team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling residential, commercial, and land properties, developing long-term client relationships, and achieving sales targets within Egypt’s competitive real estate market.
This role is ideal for a motivated individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong understanding of the Egyptian property landscape, and a passion for real estate sales.
Key Responsibilities

Market and sell African Land’s residential, commercial, and land properties across Giza and Greater Cairo.

Identify and engage new clients while maintaining relationships with existing investors and property owners.

Conduct market research, prepare investment proposals, and present opportunities to clients.

Manage the full sales process from prospecting and negotiation to deal closure.

Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns and listing materials.
-
Track leads, client interactions, and transactions using CRM software.

Attend property exhibitions, investor meetings, and regional real estate events.

Prepare weekly sales performance and pipeline reports for management.
Qualifications & Education

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or Economics.

Professional certification such as RICS, CIPS, or membership in a recognized real estate body is advantageous.

Benchmark universities for candidate caliber:

Cairo University – Business, Urban Planning, or Economics

German University in Cairo (GUC) – Management or Architecture

American University in Cairo (AUC) – Real Estate, Business, or Marketing

Ain Shams University – Civil Engineering or Business Administration

Comparable regional institutions such as the University of Cape Town, University of Nairobi, or University of Lagos represent the desired academic quality.

Skills & Experience

3–6 years of experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or investment advisory.

Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.

Knowledge of Egyptian real estate regulations and documentation procedures.

Excellent communication in Arabic and English; French is an asset.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and online property listing platforms.
