Job Description:
Wigmore Trading is seeking a highly organized and analytical RFQ and Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Lagos, Nigeria. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in data management tools like Excel. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing quote requests, building relationships with contracting companies, and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Quotation Management:
    • Handle RFQs (Request for Quotations) by gathering figures, screening quotes, and collating detailed information for accurate and competitive quotes.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with contracting companies that request quotes.
    • Upload new prices and products to the Wigmore Wholesale website regularly.
  2. Lead and Enquiry Management:
    • Respond promptly to all email enquiries and leads generated through the HelloBar platform.
    • Add leads from Wigmore Wholesale to the company database and ensure data cleanliness and accuracy.
    • Send daily emails to shipping owners in Nigerian waters to generate and nurture sales opportunities.
  3. Database and Pricing Updates:
    • Keep the database clean, updated, and well-organized for efficient lead and client management.
    • Post and update pricing information regularly to maintain transparency and accuracy for stakeholders.
  4. Sales and Marketing Support:
    • Use HubSpot to track leads that interact with marketing PDF links and create follow-up emails with next steps.
    • Assist with analytical tasks, such as tracking sales performance, identifying trends, and preparing reports.
  5. Customer Engagement:
    • Leverage strong phone sales skills to engage potential clients, nurture leads, and close sales opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel for data management and reporting.
  • Proven background in phone sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Experience in managing quotes and pricing in a B2B environment is a plus.
