We’re now looking for a highly organized and people-focused Sub-Distributor & Affiliates Communications Manager to support and strengthen our partner network.
Job Summary:
The Sub-Distributor & Affiliates Communications Manager will be responsible for building, managing, and maintaining strong relationships with our sub-distributors, affiliates, and channel partners across Nigeria and West Africa. This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to coordinate partner communications, training, onboarding, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for all communications with sub-distributors and affiliates.

Ensure smooth onboarding and training of new partners in collaboration with the sales team.

Develop and implement communication strategies to keep partners informed, engaged, and aligned with business goals.

Create and distribute marketing materials, product updates, and promotional content.

Monitor and track partner performance, collecting feedback and identifying areas for improvement.

Work closely with internal teams (sales, logistics, and finance) to ensure consistent messaging and seamless partner support.

Coordinate partner events, trainings, and performance reviews.

Resolve partner concerns quickly and professionally to maintain long-term loyalty.

Maintain an up-to-date database of all sub-distributors and affiliates.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

3+ years of experience in partner management, sales coordination, or customer relationship roles, preferably in FMCG or distribution.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce).

Familiarity with Nigeria’s distribution and retail landscape is a strong advantage.
