Job Overview:

African Land, a leading property consultancy firm in Africa, is seeking an enthusiastic and charismatic YouTube Property Presenter to join our team in Windhoek, Namibia. This role involves showcasing residential and commercial properties through engaging video content for our YouTube channel. The ideal candidate will be passionate about real estate, have excellent on-camera presence, and possess the ability to connect with diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Property Showcasing:
   • Present and highlight the features, amenities, and benefits of properties listed with African Land through professional and captivating videos.
   • Conduct property tours in a lively, informative, and engaging manner.
2. Content Creation:
   • Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to script, plan, and produce video content for African Land’s YouTube channel.
   • Ensure all video content aligns with the company’s branding and marketing strategy.
3. Audience Engagement:
   • Build rapport with viewers by maintaining a conversational and relatable tone.
   • Respond to comments and queries on YouTube to foster community engagement.
4. Market Insights:
   • Provide insights about the Windhoek real estate market during video presentations, highlighting local trends, neighborhood features, and investment opportunities.
5. Collaboration:
   • Work closely with the marketing, sales, and videography teams to ensure high-quality production and delivery.
   • Offer creative ideas to improve video content and grow the YouTube channel’s subscriber base.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in presenting, public speaking, or hosting.
• Strong on-camera presence with excellent verbal communication skills.
• A keen interest in real estate and the Namibian property market.
• Ability to explain complex concepts (e.g., property financing, rental yields) in a simple and engaging manner.
• Familiarity with YouTube algorithms, trends, and audience engagement strategies is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of video production and editing is advantageous but not required.
