We’re now looking for a highly organized and people-focused Sub-Distributor & Affiliates Communications Manager to support and strengthen our partner network.

Job Summary:
The Sub-Distributor & Affiliates Communications Manager will be responsible for building, managing, and maintaining strong relationships with our sub-distributors, affiliates, and channel partners across Nigeria and West Africa. This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to coordinate partner communications, training, onboarding, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all communications with sub-distributors and affiliates.

  • Ensure smooth onboarding and training of new partners in collaboration with the sales team.

  • Develop and implement communication strategies to keep partners informed, engaged, and aligned with business goals.

  • Create and distribute marketing materials, product updates, and promotional content.

  • Monitor and track partner performance, collecting feedback and identifying areas for improvement.

  • Work closely with internal teams (sales, logistics, and finance) to ensure consistent messaging and seamless partner support.

  • Coordinate partner events, trainings, and performance reviews.

  • Resolve partner concerns quickly and professionally to maintain long-term loyalty.

  • Maintain an up-to-date database of all sub-distributors and affiliates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in partner management, sales coordination, or customer relationship roles, preferably in FMCG or distribution.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce).

  • Familiarity with Nigeria’s distribution and retail landscape is a strong advantage.
