Wigmore Trading is hiring an energetic and entrepreneurial Market Representative to oversee operations in Dome Market, a bustling commercial hub in Accra known for fresh produce, foodstuff, meat, clothing, and general merchandise. This role is ideal for a proactive and trustworthy professional who can recruit sellers, sign up importers, and ensure smooth order and delivery processes through Wigmore’s platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Orders & Deliveries: Manage logistics for foodstuff, fresh produce, meat, and retail goods, ensuring efficient and timely distribution.

• Onboard Sellers: Recruit foodstuff traders, produce sellers, meat vendors, and clothing merchants to Wigmore’s platform.

• Engage Importers & Wholesalers: Sign up bulk importers and large distributors who supply Dome Market.

• Market Presence: Act as Wigmore Trading’s representative in Dome Market, offering credible support to sellers and buyers.

• Partnership Development: Build and maintain long-term relationships with traders, wholesalers, and importers to strengthen Wigmore’s role in Accra.

Qualifications & Skills

• Sales, agribusiness, or trading experience, preferably in foodstuff, produce, or retail.

• Familiarity with Accra’s trading environment, particularly Dome Market.

• Energetic, entrepreneurial, and results-focused personality.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Trustworthy and dependable, with the ability to build credibility with traders and wholesalers.
