About the Role
African Land is looking for a customer-focused and well-organized Resident Amenities & Services Coordinator to manage and enhance the use of shared amenities across our residential developments in Accra. This role ensures that on-site facilities such as lounges, gyms, pools, co-working spaces, event rooms, and recreational areas are well-maintained, properly scheduled, and enjoyed by residents in a structured and service-oriented way.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, service-minded, and capable of managing facility bookings, resolving resident queries, and coordinating vendors or maintenance teams for amenity upkeep.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations, cleanliness, and readiness of shared amenities and community spaces.

Maintain amenity booking systems and coordinate resident reservations, events, or access requests.

Serve as the main point of contact for amenity-related inquiries, support, and user feedback.

Enforce community rules and usage guidelines to ensure fair and respectful use of all shared spaces.

Coordinate with maintenance and cleaning teams to ensure timely servicing and setup of amenities.

Plan and support occasional community events or programs to foster tenant engagement.

Keep inventory of amenity equipment, supplies, and maintenance needs.

Provide front-line support during issues such as amenity equipment malfunctions or overcrowding.

Prepare monthly usage reports and suggest improvements based on resident feedback and usage patterns.
Qualifications
-
Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Customer Service, Facilities Management, or a related field.

Training in concierge, guest services, or community coordination is an added advantage.
Experience
-
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, concierge, or residential services.

Experience working in residential estates, serviced apartments, or hotel-style environments is preferred.

Familiarity with booking systems or amenity management tools is a plus.
Skills & Competencies

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on service excellence.

Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks or resident requests at once.

Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve conflicts professionally.
