Role Overview

African Land is seeking a motivated and professional Real Estate Agent to join its expanding team in Conakry. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing properties, managing client relationships, and driving real estate sales and leasing activities in Guinea’s evolving property market.

This position is ideal for a confident communicator with strong market awareness, exceptional negotiation skills, and a passion for real estate and client service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Market and sell residential, commercial, and land properties across Conakry and surrounding areas.

  • Develop and maintain a network of property owners, landlords, developers, and investors.

  • Conduct property viewings, valuations, and negotiations.

  • Manage client inquiries, prepare offers, and facilitate sales and lease agreements.

  • Conduct market research and provide insights on pricing, trends, and new developments.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to prepare and promote listings through digital and print media.

  • Maintain accurate client and property records using CRM systems.

  • Represent African Land at property exhibitions, industry events, and investor meetings.


Qualifications & Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Economics, or Marketing.

  • Professional certifications in property brokerage or valuation are advantageous.

  • Benchmark universities for candidate caliber:

    • Université Gamal Abdel Nasser de Conakry – Economics, Law, or Business

    • Université Kofi Annan de Guinée – Management or Urban Studies

    • Université Nongo Conakry – Business, Marketing, or Project Management

    • Comparable regional universities such as the University of Ghana, University of Lagos, or University of Dakar (UCAD) reflect the desired academic level.


Skills & Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales, leasing, or client relationship management.

  • Solid understanding of Guinea’s real estate market, pricing, and regulations.

  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and networking skills.

  • Excellent communication skills in French (English proficiency is an advantage).

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM software, and digital marketing tools.

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple transactions simultaneously.
