Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Artisan to join our team in Lagos. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience working on luxury residential, commercial, or large-scale infrastructure projects, with a strong understanding of international construction standards and finishing quality.

This role is suited for professionals who take pride in precision, craftsmanship, and delivering world-class results.


Key Responsibilities

  • Execute high-quality construction and finishing work in your area of specialization (e.g., masonry, carpentry, tiling, plumbing, electrical, painting, etc.)
  • Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications accurately
  • Ensure all work meets international quality standards and project specifications
  • Maintain exceptional attention to detail, especially on high-end finishes
  • Collaborate with engineers, site supervisors, and project managers
  • Use advanced tools and techniques to deliver precise and durable work
  • Identify and resolve on-site technical challenges proactively
  • Adhere strictly to health, safety, and environmental standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment

Requirements & Experience

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7–10 years of proven experience as an artisan in the construction industry
  • Demonstrated experience working on high-end or luxury projects (residential, commercial, or hospitality)
  • Strong portfolio or verifiable track record of completed projects
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Deep understanding of modern construction techniques and materials

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working with international contractors or developers
  • Exposure to projects requiring premium finishes and strict quality control
  • Familiarity with global best practices in construction and finishing
  • Experience working on large-scale developments or structured project environments
