Role Overview
African Land is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Real Estate Sales Consultant to join its Cairo office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales performance, and expanding the company’s market presence in Egypt and the wider MENA region.
This role requires a confident communicator with a proven background in real estate sales, investment advisory, or property marketing, capable of closing high-value transactions and maintaining long-term client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities

Market and sell residential, commercial, and land assets across Egypt and Africa.

Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of investors, developers, and buyers.

Conduct property tours, market research, and provide investment advice.

Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closing.

Prepare and deliver accurate weekly and monthly sales reports.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation and sales efforts.

Represent African Land at property expos, investor forums, and networking events.
Qualifications & Education

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Economics, or Marketing.

Professional credentials such as RICS, CIPS, or FIABCI membership are advantageous.

Benchmark universities for candidate caliber:

American University in Cairo (AUC) – Business, Economics, or Real Estate

German University in Cairo (GUC) – Management or Architecture

Cairo University – Commerce or Urban Planning

Ain Shams University – Business or Civil Engineering

Comparable institutions such as the University of Cape Town, University of Nairobi, or University of Lagos indicate the academic standard desired.

Skills & Experience

Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in real estate sales or investment advisory.

Demonstrated record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.

Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic; French is an asset.

Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools.

In-depth understanding of the Egyptian property market and related regulations.
