Role Overview
African Land is seeking an ambitious and professional Property Sales Representative to join its growing team in Bamako. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing property sales, building client relationships, and supporting the company’s market growth in Mali’s developing real estate sector.
This role requires a proactive salesperson with excellent communication skills, strong local market knowledge, and the ability to represent African Land’s brand values across diverse client segments.
Key Responsibilities

Market and sell residential, commercial, and land properties across Bamako and other regions.

Source and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, and investors.

Conduct client meetings, property tours, and negotiations.

Manage the full sales process, from prospecting to closing.

Conduct market research to identify pricing trends and new opportunities.

Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and progress reports.

Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance property visibility through digital and offline channels.

Maintain accurate client and property data in the CRM system.

Represent African Land at property exhibitions, investor forums, and networking events.
Qualifications & Education

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Economics, or Marketing.

Relevant certifications or training in real estate sales or brokerage are advantageous.

Université de Bamako – Business, Economics, or Urban Planning

Université des Sciences Sociales et de Gestion de Bamako – Management or Finance

École Supérieure de Gestion, d’Informatique et de Comptabilité (ESGIC) – Marketing or Commerce

Comparable regional institutions such as the University of Ghana, University of Lagos, or University of Dakar (UCAD) represent the desired academic standard.

Skills & Experience

2–5 years of experience in real estate sales, client management, or property brokerage.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Knowledge of Bamako’s real estate market, regulations, and urban development trends.

Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Excellent communication in French and English; Bambara or other local languages are an asset.

Proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing platforms.

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deals simultaneously.
