Role Overview
Wigmore Trading is seeking an entrepreneurial Commission-Only Sales Associate to represent the company in Casablanca and throughout Morocco. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and expanding the company’s trading activities across FMCG, industrial, and commodity sectors.
This is a commission-based role ideal for a motivated and performance-oriented sales professional with deep market knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and a passion for business development and international trade.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new distributors, wholesalers, and key clients across Morocco.

Promote Wigmore Trading’s diverse range of FMCG, industrial, and commodity products.

Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms in collaboration with the Lagos head office.

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and assess competition.

Build and manage long-term client relationships with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.

Represent Wigmore Trading at trade shows, business forums, and networking events.

Provide regular reports on sales performance, client activity, and market insights.
Qualifications & Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or International Trade preferred.

3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or trading.

Proven experience in FMCG, import/export, or distribution.

Established network of clients or distributors within Morocco’s retail or wholesale sectors is advantageous.
Skills & Experience

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Strong understanding of Morocco’s trade environment and supply chain logistics.

Fluency in French and Arabic; proficiency in English is a strong advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.

Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
