Role Overview

African Land is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Property Sales Associate to join its Khartoum team. The successful candidate will assist in managing client relationships, promoting property listings, coordinating sales processes, and supporting senior consultants and managers in closing transactions.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for a driven individual eager to build a long-term career in real estate within one of Africa’s most dynamic property networks.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support property sales operations, including listing, advertising, and client engagement.

  • Conduct market research to identify pricing trends, new developments, and potential buyers.

  • Schedule and conduct property viewings and assist clients during negotiations.

  • Maintain updated property listings and documentation in the CRM system.

  • Respond promptly to inquiries and follow up with potential clients.

  • Coordinate with marketing and legal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.

  • Prepare regular sales reports and contribute to strategic sales planning.

  • Represent African Land professionally at local events, exhibitions, and client meetings.


Qualifications & Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • Interest or prior experience in property sales, brokerage, or client management.

  • Benchmark universities for candidate caliber:

    • University of Khartoum – Economics, Business Administration, or Urban Planning

    • Sudan University of Science & Technology – Business or Architecture

    • Neelain University – Commerce or Marketing

    • Omdurman Islamic University – Law or Business Studies

    • Regional equivalents such as the University of Nairobi, University of Lagos, or University of Cape Town indicate the expected academic standard.


Skills & Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, real estate, or client-facing roles.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Arabic.

  • Strong organizational ability and attention to detail.

  • Understanding of Khartoum’s property market dynamics and client demographics.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools, digital marketing, and property listing platforms.

  • Proactive attitude, able to work independently or within a team environment.
