Job Description:
African Land is seeking a versatile and motivated Lagos Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for a candidate with a background in property, construction, or real estate who is organized, proactive, and customer-focused. The Lagos Associate will be responsible for managing client inquiries, preparing quotes, conducting site inspections, and coordinating sales activities across Africa.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Engagement and Quotation Preparation:
   • Visit client inquiries and prepare accurate and competitive quotes.
   • Serve as the first point of contact for sales inquiries throughout Africa, ensuring timely responses and exceptional customer service.
   • Prepare detailed and professional quotes for African Land’s services.
2. Site Inspections and Reporting:
   • Attend property jobs, site visits, and inspections in Lagos, such as construction projects, equipment hire requests, and related activities.
   • Take high-quality photographs and drone shots of properties and sites for marketing and reporting purposes.
   • Prepare and write detailed inspection and project reports for clients and internal use.
3. Coordination and Sales Support:
   • Coordinate sales inquiries across African markets, ensuring efficient communication and follow-up with potential clients.
   • Act as an agent for African Land, representing the company in property-related transactions.
4. Integrity and Professionalism:
   • Uphold the highest standards of honesty and trustworthiness in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A background in property, construction, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare detailed, accurate reports and professional quotes.
• Proficiency in using drones and photography equipment is an advantage.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
