Wigmore Trading is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Videographer & Property Photographer with drone operation experience to join our team in Accra, Ghana. This role involves creating high-quality visual content for marketing and promotional purposes, with a focus on capturing stunning property images and videos, including aerial footage. The ideal candidate is a creative professional with technical expertise and a passion for showcasing properties in their best light.

Key Responsibilities:

• Photography & Videography: Capture high-resolution photos and videos of properties, ensuring exceptional quality in composition, lighting, and detail.
• Drone Operations: Utilize drones to capture breathtaking aerial shots and videos of residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
• Post-Production: Edit and enhance photos and videos using software such as Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects to produce polished marketing materials.
• Content Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and property teams to understand creative briefs and deliver visuals aligned with business objectives.
• Library Management: Maintain and organize a repository of high-quality images and videos for use in marketing campaigns and listings.
• Equipment Maintenance: Ensure proper care and regular maintenance of photography, videography, and drone equipment.
• Regulatory Compliance: Operate drones in compliance with Ghana Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) regulations and obtain necessary permissions for drone use when required.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Degree or certification in Photography, Videography, Media Production, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in photography and videography.
  • Proven track record of drone operations and capturing high-quality aerial visuals.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency with professional cameras, drones, and stabilizing equipment.
  • Expertise in editing software like Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
  • Strong knowledge of framing, lighting, and post-production techniques.
• Certification: Valid drone operator certification/license in compliance with GCAA regulations.
• Portfolio: A compelling portfolio showcasing property photography, videography, and drone footage.
