As part of our expansion strategy, Wigmore Trading is launching a network connectivity platform focused on last-mile connectivity orchestration and multi-ISP network management.

The goal is to help businesses, institutions, and communities maintain reliable internet connectivity by dynamically routing traffic across multiple internet providers and managing network performance in real time.


Role Summary

The Head of Connectivity Platforms & Network Orchestration will lead the development and growth of Wigmore Trading’s connectivity orchestration and multi-WAN networking platform.

The role focuses on building systems that improve network reliability by combining multiple connectivity sources, intelligent routing, and managed Wi-Fi infrastructure.

This position requires a professional with strong experience in network engineering, telecommunications infrastructure, SD-WAN systems, or enterprise connectivity platforms.


Key Responsibilities

Platform & Product Development

  • Lead the development of Wigmore Trading’s network orchestration and connectivity management platform.

  • Design solutions that dynamically route traffic across multiple internet providers and network links.

  • Develop software and hardware systems for multi-WAN connectivity and network resilience.

Network Infrastructure Integration

  • Build systems that integrate mobile networks, broadband providers, and satellite connectivity options.

  • Ensure seamless failover between network providers to maintain uninterrupted connectivity.

  • Develop tools for monitoring network performance, uptime, and bandwidth usage.

Enterprise Connectivity Solutions

  • Develop connectivity solutions for hotels, banks, offices, campuses, and commercial facilities.

  • Implement managed Wi-Fi systems with quality-of-service (QoS) controls and user access management.

  • Provide network management tools for IT administrators and enterprise customers.

Business Development

  • Build partnerships with internet service providers, telecom operators, and network infrastructure providers.

  • Develop commercial models including hardware sales, subscription services, and managed connectivity packages.

  • Expand adoption among enterprise clients and institutional customers.

Platform Operations

  • Build and manage teams covering network engineering, software development, and technical support.

  • Monitor system reliability, uptime, and customer network performance.

  • Ensure strong operational processes for device deployment and customer support.


Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Network Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in network engineering, telecommunications infrastructure, SD-WAN systems, or enterprise networking platforms.

  • Experience working with enterprise connectivity systems or internet infrastructure providers.

  • Experience deploying and managing large-scale networking systems.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of network architecture, routing protocols, and connectivity technologies.

  • Experience with multi-WAN networking or software-defined networking systems.

  • Strong leadership and technical project management capability.

  • Ability to build partnerships with telecom operators and enterprise clients.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with enterprise networking hardware or SD-WAN platforms.

  • Familiarity with managed Wi-Fi systems and enterprise connectivity infrastructure.

  • Experience launching or scaling network infrastructure platforms.
