Job Description:
Wigmore Trading is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Associate to join our team in Nigeria. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to build relationships with market sellers and distributors. The Sales Associate will work closely with the Sales Manager to expand product listings, drive sales, and support overall business activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Seller Registration: Register sellers in local markets and onboard them to our platform.
• Sales Coordination: Oversee and support sales activities with sellers in the market as needed to ensure seamless transactions.
• Customer Engagement: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and convert leads into sales.
• Product Listing: Collaborate with the Sales Manager to list as many products as possible from market sellers.
• Distributor Management: Manage distributor WhatsApp groups by sharing pricing updates, promotional offers, and other relevant information.
• Business Activities Coordination: Assist in coordinating and executing other business-related tasks to support overall sales operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Familiarity with market environments and distributor networks in Nigeria is a plus.
• Proficiency in using WhatsApp and other communication tools to engage with distributors and customers effectively.
