Job Description:
African Land is seeking a driven and results-oriented Property Sales Agent to join our team in Ghana. This role is ideal for a dynamic and customer-focused professional with experience in property sales, marketing, and client management. The Property Sales Agent will be responsible for generating leads, closing property deals, and representing African Land in property transactions across Ghana.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Property Sales and Client Engagement:
    • Generate and nurture leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
    • Conduct property showings, meetings, and negotiations with potential buyers and investors.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  2. Market Research and Property Listings:
    • Research market trends and property values to provide accurate advice to clients.
    • Ensure all properties are effectively listed with updated pricing, descriptions, and images.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote properties through online and offline channels.
  3. Transaction Coordination:
    • Assist clients with the buying process, including documentation, financial arrangements, and legal compliance.
    • Coordinate with property owners, developers, and legal teams to facilitate smooth transactions.
    • Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and client interactions.
  4. Reporting and Performance Management:
    • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the company.
    • Provide regular updates to management on sales performance and market insights.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in property sales, real estate, or a related field.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the Ghanaian property market and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Ghana.
