Wigmore Trading is seeking a skilled and creative Videographer & Property Photographer with expertise in drone operations to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. This role will focus on capturing high-quality images and videos of properties for marketing and promotional purposes, helping us showcase our offerings in the most compelling way possible. The ideal candidate will combine technical proficiency with an artistic eye, leveraging their drone expertise to deliver stunning aerial visuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Photography & Videography: Capture professional-grade photos and videos of properties, ensuring optimal lighting, composition, and clarity.
• Drone Operations: Operate drones to capture high-quality aerial footage and images of properties, including large estates and developments.
• Editing & Post-Production: Edit photos and videos to enhance visual quality, add branding, and create polished marketing materials.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to understand creative briefs and deliver content that aligns with business goals.
• Content Management: Organize and maintain a library of high-quality images and videos for internal and external use.
• Equipment Maintenance: Ensure proper care and maintenance of cameras, drones, and related equipment.
• Compliance: Adhere to local drone operation regulations and property access protocols at all times.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or certification in Photography, Videography, Media Production, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional photography and videography experience.
  • Proven expertise in drone operations and capturing aerial footage.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in using professional cameras, drones, gimbals, and other equipment.
  • Advanced skills in photo and video editing software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
  • Strong knowledge of framing, composition, and lighting techniques.
• Certification: Valid drone operator certification/license in compliance with Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) regulations.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing property photography, videography, and aerial footage is required.
• Personal Attributes:

  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Transportation: Must be willing to travel within Lagos and surrounding areas to capture properties on location.
