Job Summary
We are seeking a driven and experienced AI Software Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models that power intelligent features in our fintech solutions. You will play a critical role in leveraging data to automate decision-making, personalize user experiences, and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI/ML models for fraud detection, risk analysis, customer segmentation, and personalization

• Build, test, and deploy scalable data pipelines and ML workflows

• Work with data engineers, developers, and product teams to integrate AI into our platforms

• Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights

• Monitor and improve models in production

• Research and implement new AI tools and techniques

• Ensure compliance with ethical AI standards and data protection regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field

• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or data science

• Strong Python skills with knowledge of TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn

• Solid understanding of ML algorithms, deep learning, and data preparation

• Experience deploying solutions on AWS, GCP, or Azure

• Proficient in SQL/NoSQL databases and APIs

• Familiarity with Git, Docker, and CI/CD tools

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Fintech or payments experience is a plus
