Role Overview
African Land is seeking an experienced and dynamic Property Consultant to join its Lagos team. The successful candidate will manage client portfolios, market premium properties, and support the company’s growth in Nigeria’s fast-developing real estate market.
The role involves direct interaction with investors, homeowners, and developers, requiring strong interpersonal skills, market knowledge, and sales acumen. Candidates should be motivated by performance, passionate about property, and capable of representing African Land’s professional brand in all client engagements.
Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell residential, commercial, and investment properties in Lagos and beyond.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors, developers, and clients.

Conduct market research and provide accurate property valuations and investment advice.

Manage inquiries, viewings, negotiations, and transaction documentation.

Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and digital listings.

Prepare weekly sales reports and client updates using CRM tools.
-
Represent African Land at exhibitions, networking events, and client presentations.
Qualifications & Education

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Economics, or Marketing.

Membership or certification with relevant professional bodies (e.g., NIESV, RICS, CIPS) is a plus.

Skills & Experience

Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in property sales, brokerage, or real estate consulting.

Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Knowledge of Lagos property markets and regulatory requirements.

Proficiency in CRM systems, social media marketing, and property listing platforms.
