Role Overview

African Land is seeking an ambitious and results-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join its Giza team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling residential, commercial, and land properties, developing long-term client relationships, and achieving sales targets within Egypt’s competitive real estate market.

This role is ideal for a motivated individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong understanding of the Egyptian property landscape, and a passion for real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Market and sell African Land’s residential, commercial, and land properties across Giza and Greater Cairo.

• Identify and engage new clients while maintaining relationships with existing investors and property owners.

• Conduct market research, prepare investment proposals, and present opportunities to clients.

• Manage the full sales process from prospecting and negotiation to deal closure.

• Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns and listing materials.

• Track leads, client interactions, and transactions using CRM software.

• Attend property exhibitions, investor meetings, and regional real estate events.

• Prepare weekly sales performance and pipeline reports for management.

Qualifications & Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or Economics.

• Professional certification such as RICS, CIPS, or membership in a recognized real estate body is advantageous.

• Benchmark universities for candidate caliber:

  • Cairo University – Business, Urban Planning, or Economics

  • German University in Cairo (GUC) – Management or Architecture

  • American University in Cairo (AUC) – Real Estate, Business, or Marketing

  • Ain Shams University – Civil Engineering or Business Administration

  • Comparable regional institutions such as the University of Cape Town, University of Nairobi, or University of Lagos represent the desired academic quality.

Skills & Experience

• 3–6 years of experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or investment advisory.

• Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.

• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.

• Knowledge of Egyptian real estate regulations and documentation procedures.

• Excellent communication in Arabic and English; French is an asset.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and online property listing platforms.

• Professional appearance and confident client engagement skills.
