  • Strong experience across pre-contract and post-contract quantity surveying functions.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage costs on complex residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.

  • Excellent understanding of construction methods, measurement standards, and procurement strategies.

Preferred Academic Background (Indicator of Highest Quality & Caliber)

Technical & Software Skills

  • Strong proficiency in measurement and BOQ preparation.

  • Experience using QS and cost management tools (e.g. CostX, PlanSwift, WinQS, or similar).

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for cost analysis and reporting.

  • Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings with high accuracy.

  • Strong documentation, reporting, and contract administration skills.
