Role Summary

The Head of Waste Management & Recycling will lead Wigmore Trading’s waste collection, recycling, and materials aggregation operations.

The role focuses on building waste collection networks, establishing recycling partnerships, and developing sustainable waste processing solutions.

Operations & Collection

• Build route-based waste collection services for households and businesses.

• Develop recycling streams for plastics, organic waste, and recyclable materials.

• Establish partnerships with recycling companies and materials processors.

Commercial Partnerships

• Work with businesses, malls, restaurants, and property managers for waste management services.

• Build relationships with producer responsibility organizations and recycling partners.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Waste Management, Engineering, or related field.

Experience

• 7+ years experience in waste management, recycling operations, environmental services, or logistics.

Skills

• Strong operational management capability.

• Experience managing collection routes and waste logistics.

• Knowledge of recycling supply chains and sustainability initiatives.
