Does paying in pounds fix the exchange rate?

Only the accepted written quote or contract can establish a rate and its validity. Ask what happens if payment arrives after expiry or the goods are unavailable. A browsing conversion should not be treated as a financial hedge.

Can I order for someone else’s business?

Explain the relationship between the payer and recipient, and confirm the invoice and delivery details. The team will advise what verification is required. Obtain the recipient’s agreement to receive and check the goods.
