Job Description

Wigmore Trading is seeking reliable and experienced Dispatch Riders to join our growing logistics and delivery operations in Lagos. The ideal candidate should be familiar with Lagos routes, punctual, customer-focused, and committed to safe riding practices.

Dispatch Riders will be responsible for timely pickup and delivery of goods, documents, and packages across Lagos while representing Wigmore Trading professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver packages, goods, and documents within Lagos
• Ensure timely and safe delivery to customers and business partners
• Plan and follow efficient delivery routes
• Maintain proper records of deliveries and collections
• Communicate effectively with the operations team
• Ensure goods are handled carefully and securely
• Adhere strictly to road safety rules and company policies

Requirements

• Valid rider’s license and relevant permits
• Good knowledge of Lagos roads and traffic patterns
• Ability to use GPS and smartphone apps
• Physically fit and able to work flexible hours
• Honest, dependable, and customer-oriented
• Previous dispatch or courier experience is an advantage

Motorcycle Requirement

• Candidates with their own motorcycle are strongly preferred
• Motorcycle financing options are available for qualified candidates who do not currently own a bike
• Riders must be willing to maintain the motorcycle in good working condition
