The role requires a trustworthy and proactive professional who can engage traders, recruit importers, and manage efficient order and delivery systems through Wigmore’s platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Orders & Deliveries: Oversee and manage bulk and retail orders for foodstuff, produce, and household goods, ensuring smooth and timely deliveries.

• Onboard Sellers: Recruit foodstuff traders, household goods retailers, and general merchandise sellers to Wigmore’s platform.

• Engage Importers & Wholesalers: Sign up bulk food and goods importers who supply Tema Community One Market.

• Market Presence: Represent Wigmore Trading in Tema, providing credible support to merchants and buyers on-site.

• Partnership Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with traders, wholesalers, and importers to strengthen Wigmore’s network in Tema.

Qualifications & Skills

• Sales, trading, or agribusiness experience, particularly in foodstuff or household goods.

• Familiarity with Tema’s trading environment, especially Community One Market.

• Energetic, entrepreneurial, and results-driven personality.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
