To support the growing activities of the company, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to the Director based in Accra, Ghana.
Role Overview
The Personal Assistant will provide administrative, organizational, and operational support to the Director, ensuring that daily business activities run smoothly and efficiently. The role requires strong communication, coordination, and time management skills.
This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support

Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules.

Organize and coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and business events.

Prepare meeting materials, reports, and presentations when required.
Administrative & Office Management

Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the Director.

Maintain organized records of documents, contracts, and business communications.

Assist with general office administration and operational coordination.
Communication & Coordination
-
Liaise with staff, clients, partners, and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director.

Follow up on tasks, projects, and deadlines to ensure timely completion.

Support coordination across different departments and projects.
Business & Project Support

Assist with preparation of business reports, presentations, and internal documents.

Support the Director with research, data gathering, and project coordination when required.

Monitor important tasks and help ensure business priorities are met.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.

Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Officer.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general office software.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting senior executives or directors.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
