Skills & Experience

  • 4–6 years of experience in real estate sales, property management, or client relations.

  • Strong understanding of South African real estate legislation and documentation.

  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing diverse portfolios.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Fluency in English required; proficiency in Afrikaans or isiZulu is advantageous.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and property marketing platforms.
