Wigmore Trading is seeking a creative and skilled Videographer & Property Photographer with drone operation experience to join our team in Nairobi, Kenya. The role focuses on producing high-quality visual content, including property photos, videos, and aerial footage, to elevate our marketing and promotional efforts. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, technical expertise, and experience in capturing compelling visuals that resonate with target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Photography & Videography: Capture professional-grade property images and videos with an emphasis on quality, composition, and lighting.
• Drone Operations: Use drones to shoot high-quality aerial footage and photos of properties, ensuring compliance with all legal and safety regulations.
• Editing & Post-Production: Edit and enhance images and videos using software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Creative Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and property teams to align visual content with branding and business goals.
• Content Management: Maintain an organized library of visual assets for marketing campaigns, property listings, and promotional materials.
• Equipment Maintenance: Ensure proper use, care, and maintenance of cameras, drones, and related equipment.
• Compliance: Adhere to Kenya Civil Aviation Authority (KCAA) regulations for drone usage and obtain necessary permissions for aerial work.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Degree or certification in Photography, Videography, Media Production, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience:
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in photography and videography.
  • Proven expertise in operating drones and capturing high-quality aerial visuals.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in using professional cameras, drones, and stabilizing equipment.
  • Advanced editing skills with software like Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
  • Strong understanding of lighting, framing, and post-production techniques.
• Certification: Valid drone operator certification/license in compliance with KCAA regulations.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing property photography, videography, and aerial work is required.
• Personal Attributes:
  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration.
  • Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple projects independently.
• Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel within Nairobi and neighboring regions to capture properties on location.
