We are expanding our footprint in Angola and are looking for an energetic and results-oriented Property Sales Agent to join our growing team.
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and proactive Property Sales Agent to drive sales and client engagement in Angola. You will be responsible for promoting and selling plots, homes, and commercial spaces, developing relationships with prospective clients, and representing the African Land brand with professionalism and integrity.
Key Responsibilities

Generate and convert leads for land, residential, and commercial property sales

Conduct property viewings, site visits, and client meetings

Advise clients on pricing, legal requirements, and investment opportunities

Negotiate deals and close sales while meeting monthly targets

Maintain accurate records of prospects, interactions, and sales

Represent African Land at trade fairs, open houses, and networking events

Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs

Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support campaigns and listings
Qualifications

Proven experience in real estate, sales, or related fields

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets

Familiarity with the Angolan real estate market is highly desirable

Fluency in Portuguese and working knowledge of English required

Strong interpersonal skills and a client-oriented mindset

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to property sites
