Role Overview
African Land is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Property Sales Agent to join its growing team in Douala. The successful candidate will be responsible for marketing and selling residential, commercial, and land properties, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets within Cameroon’s rapidly expanding real estate market.
This role is ideal for a motivated professional with excellent communication, negotiation, and client service skills who can thrive in a performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities

Market and sell residential, commercial, and land properties in Douala and surrounding regions.

Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of clients, including investors, landlords, and buyers.

Conduct property tours, viewings, and client consultations.

Negotiate terms, prepare offers, and oversee the closing of property transactions.

Work with marketing teams to promote listings across digital and traditional media platforms.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and pricing trends.

Maintain accurate property and client data using CRM systems.
-
Represent African Land at real estate exhibitions, business forums, and community events.
Qualifications & Education

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Certification in real estate sales or property management is an advantage.

University of Douala – Business, Urban Planning, or Economics

University of Yaoundé I – Law, Management, or Economics

Catholic University of Central Africa – Management or Social Sciences

Université de Ngaoundéré – Business or Marketing

Comparable regional universities such as the University of Ghana, University of Lagos, or University of Nairobi represent the desired academic level.

Skills & Experience

2–5 years of experience in property sales, leasing, or brokerage.

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Strong understanding of the Cameroonian property market and relevant regulations.

Excellent negotiation, networking, and communication skills.

Fluency in French and English is essential.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and property marketing platforms.
