Role Overview

We are seeking a high-caliber Land & Property Surveyor to manage land due diligence, title verification, surveying, and valuation for projects in Accra and across Ghana.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct land and property surveys and boundary identification.

• Lead title verification, due diligence, and land acquisition support.

• Prepare and review site plans, survey plans, and land documentation.

• Liaise with the Lands Commission, Survey and Mapping Division, and local authorities.

• Manage land title registration, leases, and documentation processes.

• Carry out property valuations for development, investment, and financing.

• Advise on land tenure, zoning, encumbrances, and regulatory risks.

Required Qualifications

• B.Sc and M.Sc (or equivalent) in Estate Management, Land Surveying, or Valuation.

• 5–10+ years of professional experience in land administration and property advisory.

• Strong working knowledge of Ghana’s land tenure and registration systems.
