An agricultural drone purchase in Nigeria should distinguish three jobs: mapping the farm, observing crop condition and applying a treatment. The same aircraft does not automatically perform all three. Wigmore Trading, an authorised DJI dealer, can discuss the equipment and supply package that matches your crop, acreage and management objective.

For a farm mapping drone, define the map and measurements required. For crop health monitoring, decide who will interpret the imagery and check findings on the ground. For a farm spraying drone price, include the application system, power arrangement, operator competence and permitted use—not simply the aircraft body.

Farm mapping versus crop health monitoring

RGB aerial photography can support a visible overview, field records and mapping workflows. Multispectral observation records additional spectral information for crop-management analysis. DJI’s Mavic 3M combines RGB and multispectral imaging; it is not a spraying aircraft. A thermal camera is another sensor type and should not be described as interchangeable with multispectral crop observation.

A vegetation index can help direct inspection, but it does not alone prove the cause of poor growth. Water stress, soil conditions, disease and management differences need agronomic assessment. Ask how observations will lead to a practical decision, who validates the result and how repeat data will be compared.

Choosing a precision farming drone

Your objective What to specify
Farm layout and field records Mapping output, coverage and positioning requirements
Crop-condition assessment Sensor, repeat observations and agronomist review
Spraying or spreading Purpose-built application system and approved operation
Commercial service business Expected work volume, charging, transport and trained team

Do not buy solely on advertised hectares per hour. Field size, obstacles, refill and charging time, weather and the intended application affect real output. Ask for a package and demonstration scope based on representative work, with a clear distinction between manufacturer test figures and your operating assumptions.

Agras and farm spraying drone enquiries

DJI’s Agras range is designed for agricultural application tasks, with model-specific spraying and spreading configurations. The T100 is listed on Wigmore Wholesale; check its current package, price and supply terms. A large agricultural platform is a separate purchase from a small camera or mapping drone, with different transport, charging and crew requirements.

The chemical product must permit the intended application and local use, and the operation requires the appropriate permissions and competent personnel. An aircraft capability does not authorise aerial application of every pesticide. Involve a qualified agronomist and operator when specifying the treatment programme; do not transfer a ground-spraying recipe to a drone without approval.

Compare the full agricultural drone price

Request the aircraft configuration, application equipment if relevant, batteries, charger or compatible power source, spares, transport cases, software, training and delivery. Include water or refill arrangements and site access where applicable. For monitoring, include processing and interpretation costs. These budget lines determine whether the purchase can support a workable service.

For a contractor or cooperative, estimate realistic annual utilisation and seasonal demand. Compare buying with commissioning a survey or application service for occasional work. Avoid assuming a guaranteed yield increase or payback period from the drone alone; its value depends on the decisions and execution it enables.

What to send Wigmore Trading

Provide your crop, field locations, area, terrain, intended output and existing staff or equipment. Tell us whether you need mapping, multispectral monitoring, spraying, spreading or several separately specified systems. Include the delivery city, budget range and season or project deadline.

Our team can discuss equipment sourcing, package options and the logistics requirements of your order. If you need a managed farm survey, application contractor or training, state that as a separate scope so availability and responsibilities can be confirmed. For related ground weed-control purchasing, our herbicide guides explain why product labels and site suitability still matter.

Start with a trial objective

Define what a first deployment should demonstrate: a usable field map, a checked crop-observation report or an agreed application outcome. Ask for clear acceptance criteria and the data you will retain. A practical trial brief helps you compare agricultural drone equipment on its relevance to the farm rather than on the size of the machine.

Buy through Wigmore Trading, an authorised DJI dealer

Tell our team your application, preferred model, quantities, budget and delivery city. We can discuss a suitable equipment package, current supply options and delivery requirements. Nigerian and international enquiries are welcome; availability, destination acceptance and lead time are confirmed for the order.

Discuss your drone requirement with Wigmore Trading → or email sales@wigmoretrading.com. Ask for an itemised quotation covering the aircraft or component, payload, controller, batteries, charging, software, training options and support route.

Confirm the exact model, condition and supplied items before ordering. Catalogue prices and photographs do not establish the contents of a complete flight-ready kit; Matrice listings labelled “Central Frame” need a written bill of contents.
