Role Summary

The Head of Transport & Fleet Services will lead Wigmore Trading’s commuter transport operations, employer shuttle services, and fleet management platform.

The role focuses on building safe, reliable transport services for employers, residential estates, and high-frequency commuters.

Key Responsibilities

Transport Operations

• Develop employer shuttle services and commuter transport routes.

• Manage vehicle fleets, drivers, and scheduling systems.

Fleet Management Technology

• Implement fleet management tools for vehicle tracking, driver safety, and route optimization.

• Develop digital platforms for fleet monitoring and operational efficiency.

Business Development

• Secure contracts with employers, estates, and corporate organizations.

• Develop subscription-based commuter services.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Transport Management, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.

Experience

• 7+ years experience in transport operations, fleet management, or mobility services.

Skills

• Strong operational and logistics management capability.

• Experience managing vehicle fleets and driver networks.

• Strong commercial and partnership development skills.
