The pens in your stock cupboard could fill a classroom
Exercise books, pens and pencils are the everyday things a lesson can’t happen without — and the everyday things offices and families throw away. Send us your spare stationery and we’ll get it into children’s hands in Nigeria and Ghana.

Three steps.
Gather what you have
Pens, pencils, exercise books, rulers, calculators. New or barely used — it just needs to work.
Post it to us
Send it to our UK address below, marked “School Children in Africa Donation”. That’s the whole process.
We do the rest
We ship it, clear customs and hand it to schools and community partners in Nigeria and Ghana.

Every office has a cupboard like this
Somewhere in most businesses there’s stationery nobody will ever use. It gets ordered, superseded, and quietly binned when the storeroom needs the space.
- Over-ordered stock that arrived in bulk and never got used
- Old-branding items — notebooks, folders and pens carrying a logo or address you’ve since changed
- End-of-line or discontinued stationery lines
- Office moves and closures, where cupboards get emptied at speed
- Schools clearing supplies at the end of an academic year
All of it is perfectly good, and all of it is exactly what a classroom needs. If you have a meaningful quantity, tell us what you’ve got — we can often collect rather than have you pay to ship it, and we’ll confirm what arrived and where it went.
Every time someone gets in touch wanting to help, it means a great deal to us — and we never take it for granted.
A box of exercise books costs you storeroom space. It gives a class a term’s worth of work. That isn’t a small trade, and we’re grateful for it.
We handle every donation with care, and make sure it reaches the children who benefit most. Thank you for being part of it.
Anything else?
Does it really reach children in Africa?
Does the stationery need to be new?
Can my company donate branded stationery?
Can you collect from us?
Can I donate money instead?
Can I donate uniforms too?
Donations are collected in the UK in partnership with Shalom Ministries International and distributed in Nigeria and Ghana with Trinity Healthcare Plus and local school and community partners. Wigmore Trading Limited is a trading and logistics company, not a registered charity, and does not collect monetary donations through this page. Donated goods are handled with care but given voluntarily; we cannot guarantee a specific recipient for an individual item. Items unsuitable for the programme are passed to other charitable causes where possible. Please do not send food, medicines, toiletries or items that may leak in transit.
A cupboard you’d clear anyway. A term of schoolwork.
It costs you the storeroom space and a postage label.
