Role Overview

Wigmore Trading is seeking a proactive and entrepreneurial Commission-Only Sales Associate to represent the company in Alexandria and throughout northern Egypt. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth within FMCG, industrial, and commodity sectors.

This role is ideal for a motivated and independent sales professional with strong negotiation skills, market knowledge, and a passion for global trade.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and onboard new clients, distributors, and wholesalers across Alexandria and greater Egypt.

• Promote Wigmore Trading’s range of FMCG, industrial, and commodity products.

• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines in coordination with Wigmore’s head office.

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and emerging opportunities.

• Manage client communications, proposals, and order follow-ups.

• Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

• Represent Wigmore Trading at trade fairs, exhibitions, and professional networking events.

• Prepare and submit periodic sales reports and market feedback to management.

Qualifications & Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or International Trade preferred.

• 3–5 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in FMCG or trading sectors.

• Experience in import/export or B2B distribution is a strong advantage.

• Established client base or business contacts in Alexandria and Egypt’s northern trade zones desirable.

Skills & Experience

• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong understanding of Egypt’s trading and distribution environment.

• Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.

• Familiarity with logistics coordination, trade documentation, and customs processes.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.

• Capable of working independently and managing multiple client relationships.
