About Us

African Land is a fast-growing property and logistics company, expanding across Africa with a strong focus on construction support and machine leasing services. We are seeking experienced and safety-driven Forklift Drivers to join our Accra operations and support projects across Ghana.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, and move construction materials, goods, and equipment.

• Organize and arrange items in warehouses, storage areas, and project sites.

• Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance on forklifts.

• Adhere strictly to health, safety, and environmental standards.

• Assist logistics and warehouse teams with inventory management and material handling.

• Ensure timely movement of materials across project sites nationwide.

Requirements

• Valid Ghanaian Forklift Operator Certification/License (mandatory).

• Minimum 2 years’ proven experience operating forklifts in warehouses, logistics, or construction environments.

• Strong knowledge of safety practices and forklift operations.

• Physically fit and capable of handling heavy-duty tasks.

• Ability to travel across Ghana for project assignments.

• Good communication skills and a professional work attitude.
