  • Prepare, review, and interpret survey plans, deed plans, and land documentation.

  • Manage land title regularisation processes, including Governor’s Consent, C of O, and other statutory approvals.

  • Liaise with the Lagos State Lands Bureau, Surveyor-General’s Office, and relevant regulatory authorities.

  • Maintain accurate land records, GIS data, and documentation control.

  • Advise internal teams on land risks, mitigation strategies, and transaction structuring.

Required Qualifications

  • B.Sc/B.Tech and M.Sc (or M.Tech) in Estate Management, Land Surveying, or Estate Management & Valuation from a recognised, competitive institution.

  • 5–10+ years of professional experience in land surveying, property valuation, and land administration, preferably in Lagos.

  • Strong, demonstrable experience handling Lagos land titles, documentation, and regulatory processes.

  • Excellent understanding of Nigerian land tenure systems, planning laws, and property regulations.

  • Proven ability to manage sensitive transactions and high-value land assets.

Professional Registration (Highly Advantageous)

  • Registration with the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON)

  • Membership of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV)

  • For land surveying–focused candidates: registration with SURCON is a strong advantage

Technical & Professional Skills

  • Strong competence in land surveying methods, measurement, and interpretation.

  • Strong valuation skills across land, residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties.

  • High accuracy in documentation, reporting, and regulatory submissions.
